Company Endora Ltd. as owner of E-commerce Endora Shop is obligated to protect personal data of customers in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about the customers / users that are necessary to fulfill our obligations to inform customers about the way we collect data, and gives its customers a choice about how their data, including the decision whether or not they want their name to be removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user information is strictly confidential and available only where such information is necessary to perform the job. All employees of Endora Company Ltd. and business partners are responsible for compliance with the principles of privacy protection
Orders
After successfully completed the data, you will proceed with the payment process. Payment will be considered valid only if all the relevant information are correctly and authentic, and if they are in compliance with the terms of sale and payment is successfully implemented. If data are not recorded in their entirety or not credible, Endora Ltd. reserves the right not to deliver the service.
Payee Information
Name, address and e-mail address must be authentic.
Ordering information
Data must be accurate and all the fields filled. Address of the client must match the address given on the card. Write the phone number to contact you if there are any complications.
Online payment by credit card
Online payment can be made via the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Payment currency
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Cards and Payment Security
Data Security on the path between your computer and server services T-Com Pay Way system is provided by the use of encryption and security protocol.
Encryption is a process that converts plain text into cipher text using the algorithm and the secret and public keys. Data is transmitted via this site are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
SSL encrypts data when entering via the web interface, which creates a secure channel for the transmission of information and allows unauthorized access to data during communication between client computers and servers, and vice versa. User data that is transferred online are protected by 128-bit SSL encryption protocol.
128 bit encryption with SSL protocol is the strongest standard in protecting communication and data exchange over the Internet and use it all the serious users who are partially or fully perform certain communication over the Internet.
The server responsible for online payment is in a private network protected by double-layer firewall and prevents unauthorized access.
Data exchange between T-Com and the authorization centers of credit card companies is done through a private network that does not have access to the Internet and is completely protected from unauthorized access by using the ISO 8583 protocol.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is regulated by the Consumer Protection Act. For services from company Endora Ltd. canceling orders is possible within 24 hours. Endora Company Ltd., reserves right to cancel service with prior notification to the client.
Complaints
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. The right to complain if the user obtains:
- Ordered the service is not delivered as instructed in the order (specifications)
- Quality of delivered service does not match the standards
Endora Ltd. is committed to resolve all of the above complaints in consultation with the client.

The answer to your complaint we will give in writing within 15 days of receipt of the complaint.
Other
Endora Ltd. can change business conditions.
The revised terms take effect immediately after the amendments apply to all orders that are made after the changes of business conditions.
